Twenty feet of hand-cut glass, each panel scored and bevelled to capture and refract light throughout the day. The Rivoli draws upon the Prism tradition, its broad rectangular frame enriched with deep geometric patterning that lends presence without excess. As daylight fades into lamplight, the cut-glass border reveals new dimensions of reflection, giving the piece a quiet, ever-changing character.
Construction
Each glass panel is individually hand-scored, cut, and bevelled using traditional techniques. The geometric patterning is worked directly into the glass before assembly, after which the panels are set into a hardwood sub-frame and joined by hand. The nuances of craftsmanship ensure that every piece remains unique.
Dimensions
Size: 6 ft (H) × 4 ft (W), in a rectangular format.
Bespoke dimensions are available upon request to accommodate specific architectural contexts.
A frame composed of hand-cut glass panels, each worked with deep geometric prismatic patterning. The central mirror plate is crafted from clear float glass and finished with a bevelled edge.
Routine maintenance requires only a soft, dry cloth to dust the glass components. For more thorough cleaning, individual elements may be wiped with a lightly dampened lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive products and ammonia-based cleaners. Cleaning solutions should never be sprayed directly onto the glass. Professional cleaning is recommended annually.
Crafted to order, bespoke commissions are typically completed within 10–14 weeks of confirmation. Select pieces are available for immediate dispatch, while white-glove delivery and installation may be arranged as part of the commission process.
